LABC Award: Best Restoration & Conversion
Wood Mill, Lindrick Dale.

Eton Construction was awarded the LABC Best Restoration & Conversion in 2016. This was a big challenge to restore an old water mill within a conservation area. It had to be aesthetically correct to its original part of the building. There was a deadline of 12 months and it was completed within 11 from start to finish including all internal BMS (Building Management Systems). The client was extremely satisfied with the end result  and quality of high spec inside and out.

Eton Construction have been nominated for the second year running by South Yorkshire and Humber Building Excellence Awards .

This year’s nominated category, which they won, was for ‘Best Individual House’.

The project was designed by Peter Westwood and built by Eton Construction Ltd., for the property at 6 Wong Lane, Tickhill. Directors Paul Harris and Cain Green went to the award ceremony to receive their award.

The award was for excellence in design, construction and workmanship.

Eton Construction was awarded the LABC Commended Award in 2014 for Best Commercial Building up to £1 million.

Awarded for J. Parkinson & Son Funeral Directors, in Westgate, Rotherham.
