Appointed as principal contractor under A JCT contract by national care provider ‘Voyage Care’. We made major structural alterations to the existing building, working with our clients project manager we delivered a fully completed care facility to our clients specification on time and on budget.
4 Bedroom extension and remodel/refurbishment of kitchen, dining and communal areas in Mansfield.
We worked with the council’s conservation officer to match stone detailing to the existing and exposing existing stone feature walls within the building. The refurbishment consisting of major structural knockouts of 800mm thick walls and staircase reconfigurations all completed while the home was fully operational. We worked closely with our client to ensure their services were not interrupted and could be conducted in a safe manor.
Refurbishment/remolding to form 27 bedroom care home in Swinton, Rotherham.
Appointed as principal contractor for the full refurbishment including; part re-roofing, extensive internal modelling, new lift, office extension to front, through to completion inclusive of specialised plumbing and electrical works. The project was completed to our client’s satisfaction, both on time and on budget.
A luxury new build on a single plot.
The client had a deadline of 12 months which we completed well within their schedule along with all the issues relating to a new build in a conservation area. The property has a high specification with many extras.
We designed and built the property with reflection of the clients tastes and requirements for their new family home.
Luxury 3000 square feet 5 bedroom bespoke new build in Rotherham
Completed in 2010, as a design and build contract, with luxury specification including ; oak staircase with gallery landing, solar hot water heating, under floor central heating, CCTV, automated gate and garage entry system, integrated and zoned smart multimedia system. Constructed using handmade brick and natural slate tiles.
A single plot new build, 4-bedroom luxury property with basement, internal lift and double integral garage.
Design and build of new luxury dwelling to clients requirements
This was a turnkey project from design to completion, working closely with our client we applied our vast development experience to complete the project to their requirements while organizing all services and external works. The site was restricted by two large protected trees, a steel temporary track way was used to protect the roots. See our testimonial section, for our client’s recommendations.
An old 17th century mill conversion which had been renovated in the 1970’s but was in need of restoration and modernisation for the new owners. Their brief was to create a larger dwelling with 4 bedrooms and an annex, a new driveway with its own entrance rather than a shared one, and extensions to the property with planning approval.
This was a time consuming renovation with many unforeseen issues and amendments along the way. There was a tight deadline of 12 months which was met just in time for the new owners to move in by Christmas. All stone was sourced locally or recycled from the existing building modifications.
The result was a stunning executive property.
