Project Description

We built seven substantially sized 4-bedroomed detached prestigious new homes at a well sought after area of Moorgate, Rotherham. The properties, were two dorma-bungalows and five houses. All properties were built with a double garage, double driveways to help minimise parking on the roads. Each property has a landscaped front garden and a fair sized rear turfed garden with boundry fencing allowing each owner to design their own private oasis.

All properties were built with the highest specifications and given a 10 year Premier Guarantee.

Site was completed in March 2022.

Project Description

Eton Construction built five new properties in this popular location at on Wath Road, Bolton-Upon-Dearne. The properties being luxury 4-bedroom, detached homes, all with en-suite, garage, turfed front gardens and turfed rear garden with boundary fencing, sold very quickly on release.

Project Description

Phase 1 consisted of six 3-bedroom semi-detached properties with double front off-street parking landscaped areas and rear gardens. Successfully completed in 2016.

Phase 2 consisted of five 4-bedroom detached properties with ensuite to master, internal garage, driveway, and gardens with landscaped areas. This completed the whole of the site in 2017.

Project Description

Construction of three 4-bedroom executive homes in Meadowhall Road, Rotherham

The development was designed in-house, with a brief of creating modern family living while the external appearance was to remain traditional to enhance the aesthetic appeal. All three properties included an excellent specification including, modern kitchens and bespoke joinery.
